Briefing
Listen, I did some digging around, and something about the entire UN operation here stinks to high heaven. How is it possible that so many people have gone unaccounted for doing and after evacuation? I mean, I always pick incompetence over malice, but this is still suspicious as hell.
The documents from last time mentioned that the UNLRA was here for humanitarian reasons, yet when shit hit the fan and it was their time to act, it's almost as if they completely shifted focus and screwed over the people they were supposed to be helping. The subsequent evac felt more like they were trying to get rid of any witnesses than anything else.
I want you to go back to Tiger Bay at night and look for any files related to the evacuation.. Try to search the military checkpoints there. I bet the LAF had their own set of orders on how to "cooperate" with the UNLRA, so maybe we'll be able to compare and contrast, Got it?
